I heart Miranda. This week I’m working with my beautiful and gorgeous Miranda. I did this cute little pony for her for the INSTYLE and AUDI Women of Style Awards on Tuesday night. She didn’t know that she was about to win the most prestigious award of the night Most Stylish Woman, which is voted by the readers and I am so happy for her! Looking divine in Carla Zampatti, Miranda had a great night with her equally beautiful mum Teresa and grandmother Anne – triple threat!

It never ceases to amaze me just how much work goes into creating the pages of editorial magazines. When you open a magazine it just looks so effortless - that’s the point! In this issue of Fashion Quarterly we headed to a beach location in the early hours of the morning to shoot the gorgeous Sarah Stephens. Sarah has beautiful thick dark long hair - no way was her agent going to let me colour and cut that off! Solution? A wig. I had one of my colour directors at Valonz the very talented Haleema Harris do the balayage colour of caramels a week prior to the shoot. We were all so pleased with the outcome. this story taken by photographer Steven Chee are really something.
